Performance Juniors VBC

Started in 2005 to give High School girls the opportunity to play club volleyball.  We constantly improve our program to get more girls participating in club volleyball every year. Our club philosophy is to prepare student athletes to compete at the highest level by combining fundamental skills development, knowledge, and experience.  We strive to improve on all physical, mental, and social aspects of the sport to produce consistent performance. 

Coaching Staff

Our staff consists of coaches that have  coached on a club, high school, and/or college level.  They all have played the game or have prior club coaching experience. They are dedicated to teaching the game of volleyball.

Club Director

Mr. Herman Lim MSPE, ATC

Graduate of Hofstra University with a Masters of Science in Physical Education and Bachelor of Science in Sport Sciences from Long Island University.  Herman currently teaches Physical Education at North Side School in the East Williston School District. He is also a NATA certified  and NYS licensed Athletic Trainer since 2000.

Herman's experience includes coaching middle school, high school, as well as club U12-U18 since 1998.  This will be Herman's 6 year as founder and club director of Performance Volleyball.
